All Gecad companies have a very well established developing schedule.

.ideas generation and selection
We want to be an inventive high-tech group and a very fast moving entity in new technologies field. For this reason, GECAD encourages all its employees and partners to consider and prospect any opportunity that can be developed, inside the group or with group's participation.

.investment, R&D
We use to call it the "bohemian" period in the evolution of a GECAD Group company. All resources are focused on development of the ideas previously selected and also on finding the unique features the new technology must have.
In this phase, GECAD finances from its own resources all these projects.

.sales & business development
The new product is ready and, we focus on sales and business rather than R&D. A new GECAD company is created to develop the business around the specific product. The main objective is to market the product and increase the revenues for the new business.
First stage VCs, getting aboard clever money, are welcomed.

.maturing business
Business is maturing and a lot of resources are focused on the financial, commercial and service objectives. Although, we do not give up researching and we continue to work for rediscovering new features in products, based on internal findings and also on our clients' feedback.

We strongly believe that a business that we'd love to be cannot stay by default in a perfect equilibrium. All our companies need to develop continuously and we are focusing every bit of our energy to grow them exponentially. We do not mean only sales but also business maturity and permanent improvement of our products and services.

In this stage, the company is much more oriented to fulfill all customers' needs regarding our products and services, offering them the best post-sale support.

.IPO
The product is mature enough, well known and respected on worldwide market and the company needs to pass to another development stage. This is the proper moment for a successful IPO.

As you can see, R&D is an omnipresent element in all development stages of a GECAD company. Our entire activity is guided by this spirit for innovation and evolution through discovering new paths to an always better high-tech environment. Innovation is what keeps us alive.
